“Environmental Optimization of Viticulture with the use of Precision Agriculture Technologies (GREEN VINEYARD)” – General Secretariat for Research and Technology (GSRT) funded project (11ΣΥΝ_3_5390) –
The overall aim of the project is to develop an innovative approach that integrates Precision Agriculture (PA) technologies and Integrated Crop Management (ICM) practices, in order to protect natural resources and sustain a profitable future for grape and wine production. GREEN VINEYARD adopts a multi-disciplinary approach that incorporates crop physiology, viticulture practices, agricultural engineering, information technology, sensor technology and quality assurance.
